Mission Statement
There is an abundance of misinformation about Israel and its roots in our educational system, Jewish organizations, synagogues, news outlets and media. There are influential representatives in the government spewing lies about the Jewish homeland. This causes a gross distortion and perception of the truth with regard to Israel, the Jewish people, and its Judean history. And who is pushing back with accurate historical information? No one.
Taking Back the Narrative (TBTN) is a Zionist education company that aims to get the facts about Israel widely shared – this includes its right as the Jewish homeland, and the firm historical connection, without interruption in the past 4,000 years, the Judean race has to Israel. TBTN does not have a specific political agenda, other than supporting truth, which should not have a side in the political theater.
The indisputable facts speak for themselves. TBTN aims to educate and inform educators, Jewish leadership, media professionals, the general public, and government officials. TBTN’s sole mission is to correct mistruths and fill the gap about the Middle East as it relates to Israel and the Jewish people, in a fact-based light. Israel is a living, breathing part of the Jewish ecosystem; there is no Israel without Jews, no Jews without Israel.
Notes:
Israel has been portrayed as a ‘White’ colonialist super power which has taken land from the “indigenous” Arabs, who are all in fact from the Arabian Peninsula, in an effort to relocate displaced Jews after the Holocaust. Not only do non-Jews believe this, but many Jews as well. Sadly, we have done a poor job in educating generations about the majesty from where they come, the unbreakable ties which bind them to our beautiful homeland, and the pride they should feel at being a Jew. The first step in any discovery starts with a dig. An archaeological dig. In order for the Jewish people to understand who they are and to reclaim their sovereignty, fully, they need to know their history.
To be clear, Palestine was the occupier term for the Jewish homeland (including Gaza, all of Judea & Samaria, and Jordan – aka 78% of the Jewish homeland stolen by Churchill in 1922), used by the Romans, in 136 AD. It was the common then Greek term for Judea; a term in usage since the 5th century BC. Greek was the lingua franca of the eastern Mediterranean.
This country, which was more than the 22% of the Jewish homeland we have left today, was occupied for 1,812 years from 136 AD – 1948, the year Jews liberated Israel after nearly 20 years of armed struggle against the British, yet Jews always remained a constant presence in Israel. All one has to do is look at the historical evidence.
The time has come for Jews to ascertain our indigenous rights to our homeland.
