Another week, another antisemitic charge emanating from a Jew-hating international organization. This time, it is the ICC (International Criminal Court), an ‘independent’ force that was established in 2002 as a court of ‘last resort.’ 124 countries are members and among a list that did not sign on are the United States and Israel. Israel refused to sign the Rome Statute because it called the legal Jewish communities in Judea & Samaria, ‘settlements’ on ‘occupied territory.’
Current ICC Prosecutor Karim Khan visited Ramallah, Israel (Ramallah along with the rest of the 2/3rds of stolen Judea & Samaria are located in Israel) back in December, and met with both Palestinian Authority terrorist leaders and in other areas of Israel, met with families of Israelis murdered or taken hostage by Gazans.
The Palestinian Authority terrorist group became a member ‘state’ of the ICC in 2015. So instead of charging the PA with crimes against humanity (Abbas pledged full support of Hamas prior to the Jewish genocide, helps finance Hamas, is paying both Hamas and Gazan civilians’ families who murdered on Oct. 7th, doubled PA support of Hamas since Oct. 7th, and leads a population in Areas A & B of stolen Judea & Samaria that overwhelmingly supports Hamas), the ICC is going after Israel.
In reality, the ICC has zero jurisdiction over Israel as Israel is a functioning country that has its own court system, and as mentioned above, is not a member state.
However, this charge by the ICC sets a terrible precedent as it means in the future, it could threaten U.S. Presidents, U.S. politicians, and even U.S. Army personnel for going after terrorists. As Europe is being overrun by Islamists, are European leaders going to be charged by the ICC if they find the strength to defend their countries from terrorism? Under President Trump, the ICC attempted to charge the U.S military with crimes in Afghanistan but President Trump levied charges against the ICC and the matter was dropped.
What the ICC is doing against Israel is equating Hamas’ and its supporters sub-human barbarism against Jews to the Jewish homeland’s right of defense.
But who is surprised when the U.S. currently is doing the same. When Biden said, “I condemn the antisemitic protests. That’s why I’ve set up a program to deal with that. I also condemn those who don’t understand what’s going on with the Palestinians.” – let’s unpack that statement… what is going on with the Palestinians is that Jews IN Israel who were called Palestinians for 1,812 years, freed themselves without any help from anyone in the world, in 1948, after nearly 20 years of fighting the British occupiers.
What is going on with the Arab occupiers IN Gaza, the mostly Egyptian Arab occupiers who stole Jewish land in 1948, is that after decades of antisemitic brainwashing, supporting Fatah, Hamas, the Muslim Brotherhood as heroes of a potential extermination of the Judean race, Israel finally had had enough and is retaliating so that another Jewish genocide does not take place anytime soon. The next genocide against Jews is being planned right now; it is going to be up to Israel’s policies if it is going to occur.
Let’s remember that Hamas is not some military group. Hamas is a concept. Hamas is the Gazan population. Hamas is the PA, Hamas are the antisemites of the EU and the Democrat party who handcuff Israel at every turn, who treat Israel as some pariah vassal state. Like I always say, the IDF is doing an incredible job in Gaza. If it were given the chance to fully do its job, all of Gaza would have been leveled by now and our land would have been reclaimed. Many soldiers are sounding the alarm of what needs to be done in Gaza, and without finishing the job, there will be a fresh crop of Hamas, Islamic Jihad. These groups are replenished from within the terrorist supporting population, and they multiply fast.
Biden, Blinken, former Ambassador Nides, and Obama should all be charged by the ICC for funding the groups, along with Iran, who planned and executed the greatest genocide of the Jewish people since the Shoah. If it weren’t for those funds, there would be no October 7th, and the IDF would not be in Jewish Gaza. Under President Trump, Iran was bankrupt, and the funding spigots for UNRWA, Hamas, and the PA were turned off. Biden in his very first week of stolen office, turned them back on.
Why saying ‘state’ to refer to Israel is antisemitic… it hearkens back to the very antisemitic UN Resolution 181 (the 1947 Partition Plan). The British led an antisemitic coalition at the UN to steal even more land from Jews of the 22% of our homeland that by then had remained.
The goal was to create, in their words, an Arab ‘state’ – though one existed already since 1922, created from 78% of stolen Jewish land, Jordan, and a Jewish ’state.’
Luckily the Arabs said no and the Resolution did not pass. Hence, the UN did not ‘create’ Israel.
What happened in 1948 is that brave Jews, after nearly 20 years of armed struggle, liberated Israel. Israel was not created in 1948 or 1947. Israel was formed as a nation well over 4,000 years ago. Jews literally emerged from the Semitic tribes in Israel and formed a nation. Jews then conquered several other Semitic tribes (Moabites, Edomites, and Idumeans) and absorbed them into their Judean culture.
Also, throughout the 1,812 years of occupation, there were robust Jewish communities and Jewish institutions in Israel.
Saying Israel, falsely, is a ’state’ diminishes its sovereignty as a country and thus Israel is oftentimes treated as a vassal state by the U.S and others. In reality, states are created (like Jordan) and/or are part of consortiums like the European countries forming ‘states’ of the EU or 7 different Kingdoms coming together to form the ‘states’ of the UAE.
Another example of a state that was created was Lebanon. In 1920, the State of Lebanon was created as a country for persecuted Arab Christians. When these Christians allowed former Israeli-Arabs to flood their state, their state devolved and allowed for Hezbollah to take over and use a proud Christian state as a terrorism base camp against both Israel and its own original population of Christians. When the Christians attempted to fight back against the Islamic oppressors, the world labeled the Christians, ‘terrorists’ and ‘oppressors’ as the ignorant have and continue to do against Jews when Jews fight back.
No more saying ‘State of Israel.’ It is a country and a proud sovereign one.
